I received my beautiful tile, perfectly packed with cardboard between each layer of tile and packing peanuts so there was no damage during shipping which was my main concern with buying online. Tile was very unique and this was the only way I could find the style I wanted. I received an email with a picture of the intended shipment and was able to reply and exclude tile variations that included large dark grey spots that would have appeared non-uniform. I couldn't have been happier if I had made the choices myself. It did take about a week for processing and then about 3 days shipping but unlike other reviewers, I did not need or expect the product in a couple of days.
