Truly, they did a wonderful job. Packing peanuts above and below my tile. Shipped about as well as I could expect. Prompt service on verifying colors and things. Outstanding! But that's where the 4 star comes in. The few tiles in the actual sheets that do touch, chip up the edges if the packages flex at all. I ordered plenty, and will just pluck out the few chipped ones for a replacement. But maybe Something stiffer under the bottom sheet? Luon? That charcoal grout has gotta be perfect! Great overall experience though. Will use again.
