We made our order late on a Friday evening, received a confirmation email with pictures of our selected stone tile (3" carrara marble hexagon mosaic) over the weekend, and received our order (with free shipping) on the following Wednesday. The tiles were carefully and meticulously packaged and there were only a handful of pieces (if that many) that showed any signs of damage or scratches. It's been just 7 calendar days since we ordered our tile, and it's already been laid and looks AMAZING. Very happy with our purchase from marbleonline.com.
