Customer service great! They emailed to make sure the order was correct (I ordered polished and honed samples). I was attempting to find a less expensive version of a specific tile. I thought I had found it but this tile was lighter than I thought based on the picture online. I understand that there can be variations, especially with natural stone just wish it had been closer to what I’m looking for.
