Love the tile! Customer service was great. As soon as I ordered the marble wall tile on line, I was contacted for confirmation and sent pictures of what to expect. Delivery for this order was when promised. I then placed an order from them for my floor tile. Customer service was great again. They confirmed by email and sent pictures. I was then contacted by delivery company to arrange delivery for a Friday afternoon. I took the day off and waited. I was then contacted again by Delivery company , on the Friday of promised delivery, and they wanted to set up a delivery date. I explained we had a delivery date for today, and was told "we forgot" and had to take another day off from work the following Monday. They did show up then. Again, the tile was great, delivery needs some work. Confirm with both, Marble on line and the delivery company.
